Err ... so is this like a timeshare thing for IT ppl? Sit through a 2 hour pressure sales presentation and get free/discount tickets to something afterwards?

It didn't say anything about that when I signed up. I'm waiting on my "confirmation" email, so they may spring that on me later. We'll see.

i signed up too but i hope i don't have to sit through some IT presentation torture session or get spammed by these folks.......one time i thought i won lunch for 12 but turned out to be some amex seminar so i never went...

guess there is no such thing as a free lunch
