Exactly how long would it take for a person to die a slow painful death if they were to take PY205 in the summer and it is the only course they our taking or they may take one other course.

i've never found a summer class to be harder than a main academic year class. the faster pace is made up for by the fact that on the final exam you can still easily remember class discussion from the first day of class that was only like a month ago.

Besides, PY205 (at least the regular section back in the day) was interesting to say the least.

Whats the mean difference between PY205 and PY201 besides the fact that one is for a physics major and the other primarily for engineering students

The problems on the PY201 exams are the same as the 205 exams, but with a harder problem added on at the end, with only ~15 minutes more to work on it. And the problems on the 205 exams aren't exactly easy, either.

Oh, and they have three lectures a week (even though they call one a "problem session") for an hour and 15 minutes per day. That adds up to 75 more minutes of lecture a week.

If at all possible, just take 205. Your life will be much easier because of it.
