It doesn't necessarily have to be through an agency...I've come across a few houses that don't include W/D, so I want to make sure I find a house that actually has one.

you would turn down a 4 BR house (which are hardly ever available around here anyways) just because it didn't have a W/D included?

Hunter's Glen includes W/D.
