MY ROOMMATE AND I JUST FOUND OUT THAT OUR LANDLORD HAS FOUND RENTERS TO RENT OUT OUR HOUSE STARTING IN MAY SO WE HAVE TO FIND A PLACE TO LIVE ASAP. PLEASE REPLY OR PM ME WITH YOUR PLACES

P.S. THE REASON WE HAD TO MOVE OUT IS BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD 3 OF THE 4 BEDROOMS RENTED AND HE FOUND 4 PEOPLE TO RENT THE HOUSE

Hey this is their landlord and they are 2 really good tenants, and I wish they could have still lived there but I had to give priority to the group of 4 people.

if quality isn't too important, there is an abundance of 2 and 3 br places out there.

if quality is important, it narrows it down some and your price may go up. good luck.

they were on a month to month lease that only started April 1st and I was very upfront with them from the beginning that if I found a group of 4 people ready to rent out the house that I would give them priority

Ride thru falcon ridge, there are decent 2 bedrooms in there. Some are hard to find on the web because the owners self manage and their idea of advertising is a sign in the window.
