idk specifically about those types of teas, but i've always heard whole foods' loose teas are good. but i'd definitely check global village.

there is a nice woman who sells all sorts of loose teas for good prices at the flea market, her booth is in one of the buildingsactually the posted prices are not remarkable, but she is generous with the amount she gives you vs the amount you paid for

Dunno if they sell loose tea, but Grand Asia Market in Cary near crossroads has good deals on tea.

A Southern Season in Chapel Hill has more tea than you could ever want. Seriously, like over 100 kinds of loose leaf tea.
