My boss uses Outlook for all of his email. At some point he messed up someone's email address, putting 'martk' instead of 'mark' -- and now I can't get the @#$%ing bad email to stop popping up in the autocomplete when he goes to type in 'm'I've already deleted every single email with 'martk' in it, and confirmed there are no contacts with the bad spelling -- what else do I have to clean out to fix this?and Long Live Thunderbird...

I would try editing the contact list that he has....it has nothing to do with emails that he has in his outbox or inbox.

just press the delete key in the autocomplete when it pops upmake sure you exit outlook successfully without it crashing after that and it'll be gone for good

already cleared out his Contacts, but didn't think to try hitting the delete key when the autocomplete pops up...I'll try that this weekend...
