Ok weird questions here..

say someone is in the process of being put on disability, 2 doctors have said the person is disabled, and the person is waiting for the appeal to go through

in the process, this said person is on probation, and required to pay restitution, and because this person is disabled and can't work, they have no money to pay the restitution of course

can a probation officer legally make this person get an "under the table" job or require them to have a job, regardless of the fact that they are waiting on disability?

can this person be violated because they are awaiting disability?

restitution can be delayed or suspended, this person needs to talk to a lawyer and get it worked out. There shouldn't be any big issue. I would not trust the P.O.

Seek legal counsel.

okie dokie..

see a probation officer told someone I know that they had to get an under the table job to pay $200 a month for restitution and if they didnt they would be violated, he didnt care if he was trying to get disability, the probation officer practically said the guy wasnt disabled, and then said that if it was taken back to court the probation officer wouldnt let the money be dropped or lowered
