planning on doing it tomorrow......but i'm pretty much lost with eval too

ok so am at the end of mah wits....some balance sheet items in eval are calculated differently than AMD does. how do u find out how to calculate it the eval way? same for non operating income(loss) on the income statement.....ne thoughts??

go back and look at the past years 10k's and reconcile between what the historical number is eval has and the financial statements in the 10k. Just play around with the numbers until you figure out what eval include or doesn't include. Also, click on the line item in eval and a word document will pop up with a brief explanation of how to calculate said line item. I would mainly worry about making your BS balance and the numbers roughly the same as the ones you'll find on AMD's financial statements.

ok so am not accounting material.....Do we have to make assumptions for 2007 too? Apart from the sales growth how do we calculate the others things..like r&d and all others on the data sheet for the terminal year?

ok, so i input the data for 04 and 05, but it's showing the following years to be 1900, 1901, 1902, etc.
any idea how to fix this? and also what do we change for the forecasting assumptions?
