I'm posting up for my gf since she doesnt have an account, but she just found out she is going to be staying here in raleigh this summer doing research and she needs an apartment June1-July31 (she already has a lease set up to start in august but cant get it moved up). She is very neat and clean (she even comes over and cleans my apartment some) and is looking to move in an apartment with some other easy to get along with girls. She would prefer it to be furnished as she is moving into wolf creek in the fall and doesnt want to have to buy a bunch of shit she wont need in two months. Price range is somewhere around $400 or so including utilities.

Room at University Woods... 1 bedroom of 3 available, the one for rent is the biggest. $295 a month and I will pay half of the utilities (so you would be resp for $40 a month for utilities).

Basically $335 a month.

1 roommate will not be there during the summer and the other is only home at night. Apartment is completely furnished (in the living room and kitchen) just would have to have own bedroom stuff.

Also, it's in a quiet building and not a huge party house unlike the stereotype of U Woods that most people had
