SBP - DELAYEDStudent Senators are fighting for it to be shown. It will now be postponed until the disqualification hearing is done since it was said to affect the outcome by the Elections Commission Chair.
4/5/2006 10:13:46 PM
Note there may be mistakes in the very rough results above. The large races are correct.

4/5/2006 11:08:41 PM
can we get a listing by college for the senators, or are we gonna have to wait till morning
4/5/2006 11:09:38 PM
so what's this DQ stuff about, exactly?
4/5/2006 11:12:15 PM
violation of policies in his door-to-door and email campaigns, etc..
4/5/2006 11:15:28 PM
this is so gay that we spend money on thisDQ hearing? Are you serious?
4/5/2006 11:16:53 PM
is it a real challenge or a "we have a stick up our ass" challenge?
4/5/2006 11:17:39 PM
Apparently the Elections Commission issued Langley four warnings; three are grounds for disqualification. It's for shit like putting campaign material within 50 feet of polling places and mass e-mailing.
4/5/2006 11:17:53 PM
Morning is likely for a list. The wait most are saying is merited. I don't know all the details regarding SBP.
4/5/2006 11:18:33 PM
4/5/2006 11:22:50 PM
so Langley won?
4/5/2006 11:25:24 PM
^guessin so, bc if he lost, the DQ hearing really wouldn't matter...
4/5/2006 11:26:18 PM
that's what I'm guessin'
4/5/2006 11:27:39 PM
4/5/2006 11:29:41 PM
i dont necessarily think that just because its postponed means that langely won
4/5/2006 11:30:30 PM
they still talking or what?
4/5/2006 11:31:30 PM
no i dont think so...elections committee left i believe
4/5/2006 11:32:47 PM
prolly means he was gonna be part of the runoff but if he is DQed then it wont matter
4/5/2006 11:33:43 PM
So help me God, if they hand Quick this election over some inane bullshit....
Will Quick gonna win because his sister FDT.

thanks a tonvery helpful
4/6/2006 12:24:11 AM
actually its a disqualification hearing on two accounts of bribing/coercing an elections offcial by Langley. and there would (and will) have been a run-off anyways for SBP.
4/6/2006 2:36:25 AM
hahahah, how fucking gay do you have to be to bribe a student election person. Pretty funny from a guy who talked so much shit about his opponent being out of touch.
4/6/2006 2:40:50 AM
^^actually its a disqualification hearing for chalking within 50 feet of a polling station and 3 separate warnings for mass emails. the supposed "coercion" charges won't be heard until tomorrowas for results, I'll put $20 on Langley being the top vote getter (just not 50%+)...[Edited on April 6, 2006 at 2:42 AM. Reason : correction to latwood4]
4/6/2006 2:41:46 AM
and when the coersion charges (2) are presented, they will be sent along with the other ~3-4 charges to a disqualification hearing. so, either way they will be heard. there will be a run-off and it will bepost-poned, probably after easter. the race for SBP is far from over.
4/6/2006 2:46:01 AM
4/6/2006 2:46:23 AM
^^on the assumption those 3-4 are actually upheld, given the printed evidence floating around of Langley's innocence and factual misrepresentations made by member(s) of the Elections Commission...[Edited on April 6, 2006 at 2:58 AM. Reason : set 'em up]
