Two fully furnished rooms are available at the College Inn. It's imperative we sublease, we have another place to go in May. Preferably females. Everything is included in the rent, theres a 24 hour pool and gym and tanning bed, computer lab all included. Walking distance to your summer classes. We can negotiate the rent amount, we might chip in a little, just to get out so we arent paying 2 rents!
