I turned in my paperwork last monday to my dept to take 9 hrs this summer. They said they would give it to R&R for me. I still haven't seen the class show up on TRACS. How long should this take?

ummm dude, You sign up for the classes on your own via packtracks. You use the PIN # you got for next semester, then click the register link and choose SUM I or SUM II, then register just as you would for fall........

Not if they are taking more than 8hrs in a single summer session they can't.

jakis, call me paranoid about this, but from experience, I wouldn't trust ANYBODY to turn in paperwork for me ... I would hand deliver everything as much as possible. At one point, I had to drive from Charlotte to Chapel Hill to hand-deliver a UNC transcript to NCSU; it was due that day if I wanted to graduate on time. Chapel Hill had a flaw in the way they processed their transcripts ... I called, spoke with somebody, and they've corrected it since then. All of that to say, and to answer your question, it could take any amount of time before you hear anything.

Yeah, I went and turned in the paperwork myself and they added me to the classes while I was sitting there.

I left my paperwork to get signed by the dean, and they took over to Harris Hall for me. It took about a week from the time I left it with them until it showed up in the system. I wouldn't stress over it too much.
