Looking for a 2 bedroom HOUSE to rent starting June or late May. Close to campus would be great. Looking to pay no more than $600 total rent for both rooms. Can anyone help me out?

There are not many houses around campus that rent for >$800. You also need to budget for higher than average utillity bills because of the age of this home.

Ther is a house on greenleaf st for $695 you can walk to the bus stop. Its 2br 1ba but the yard looks pretty good.

Hey, I have 2 rooms at College Inn to sublease for that time period. Eveything is included, completely furnished, pool, tanning bed and gym... and we can negotiate the rent, i dont mind chipping in a little bit, we just have another place to go in May, let me know if you're interested!

yea, absolutley everything is included. It's pretty chill here over the summer too. the pool is nice. let me know if you wanna come by and see it.
