where's Ilian?

Craig Smith should be a 2nd teamer, and imho Hansbrough shouldn't be listed as a "freshman". Hansbrough should be a "junior-freshman"

God get over Hansbrough having experience before college.

nothing else to harp on but his age and open mouthed expression sadly.

exactly what did dee brown do to deserve 2nd team AA? was it preseason hype, because 14ppg, 6 apg, and 35% fg isn't exactly stellar
3/27/2006 5:01:25 PM
2:1 assist to TO ratio for a PG is pretty damn good

I do generally agree with the All-American team, except for Dee Brown. I would move Allan Ray up one and Dee Brown down one.

third team is all big men
3/27/2006 5:14:05 PM
^Allen Ray is a guard.
3/27/2006 5:54:48 PM
shelden williams?
3/27/2006 6:29:39 PM
i'd be pretty scared of that 3rd team line-up.
3/27/2006 6:57:36 PM
i agree. dee brown doesn't deserve to be 2nd team...i suppose i could deal with him on the 3rd team. switch dee brown and glen davis and it looks like good all-american teams.
3/27/2006 7:04:06 PM
can you really justify 2 first team all americans from a team that didn't make it out of the sweet 16?
3/27/2006 7:06:05 PM
especially one that consistently made other big men look like all-americans?
3/27/2006 7:11:00 PM
^^look at the statistics and OVERALL SEASON...All-American is based on the entire season, All-Tournament team on the other hand...

uhm yes

For PG's you can't always look at the basic stat lines. Brown is great as a true point and team leader. Scoring is gravy.
