I really need to sublet my apartment this summer from May 11 until July 31st. I could negotiate an early move in date if necessary. I am also open to doing it for just part of the summer, like one summer session. Price includes private bathroom, all utilities, cable, internet, all furniture, cooking supplies, access to huge pool, fitness room, and tanning. There is also plenty of parking! The price is only $300 a month because I really need to sublease it to try and get some money. I am only leaving because of study abroad (thats why I need the money), so the two other roommates are really nice and welcoming. Females only please.

My lease ends July 31. Because that is not the most convenient date for people, I lowered the rent from $410 to $300 a month, hoping someone might want it at that price.
