Your specs vs. price are cutting it pretty close...why are you restricting it to '94 and above? The '90 to '93 generation does look a little more dated, but they're great cars. Timing belts generally call for replacement every 60K (unless that changed on the '94 models), so you might want to consider that in your equation--i.e. there would be absoultely no reason for a 150K car to have a new timing belt, considering that, if it was replaced on schedule at 120K, you're a couple years away from the next specified replacement. I just think it's not too hopeful for you to find a '94 to '97 model with that mileage for that price. A quick search of Autotrader agrees with me.
