how is chess less physical than poker?

and fishing, unless youre fishing for giant fish?

Ha, you should read the article I wrote for my highschool newspaper. The chess team was all about the physical attributes of the game. Spiking bishops, throwing chairs, flinging dirt into oppenents' eyes.

Anyway, castling is clutch. Almost as much as en passe.

i'm really just talking about fishing.

hiking 2 miles along a stream to catch trout,
catching a big tuna, cobia, flounder, marlin in the ocean
even catching a big bass, striper, or other fresh water fish takes considerable physical exertion.

I see it this way, you can play chess or poker online using 99.9% mental exertion, try catching a fish with only your mind.

I can play backgammon pretty well. It was hard to find people in college to play though.
