If any girl is planning on staying in Raleigh over the summer and needs a place to stay, let me know. I am moving into a new apartment May 15 and need someone from then until Aug 1st. It's a 4 bedroom apartment and 3 of my roommates are looking for subleasers. Rent is $265 a month. Electricity usually ends up being about $25 a month and cable/internet is about $30 a month. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, frig, laundry room with washer and dryer. The rooms are not furnished, but are a nice size, include a private bathroom, and the location is really close to campus. The apartments are behind varsity lot, near fraternity court, and 2 wolfline stops are really close. There is a $100 application fee for the leasing office. I'm working this summer and need a place to stay but only until July 15th (I'm getting married!) Let me know if you can't find someone for the full summer, 2 out 3 months is better than nothing. Also, whats up with the $100 application fee, can't I sublease through you, I'll pay in full upfront.
