Dang, I was just playing Worms World Party last week. The juxtaposition between the lil' worms and the horrendous firepower they control is delicious.

Ahhh memories. My old suite in Lee Hall was one big Worms Armageddon party. All of the doors were open and everyone's speakers were synced up with guys screaming at each other as their worms got plunked.Good times.

I think I found a demo of Armageddon not too long ago but IIRC it doesn't seem to like XP

i thought the 3d ones sucked but once i gave it a chance (you gotta get the hang of it) it wasnt so bad. still not as good as 2d ones, but still fun.

I dug up my copy of Worms Armageddon a few weeks ago since my friends were eager to play again. It absolutely does NOT like XP at all. Fortunately, there are patches for this on the Team 17 website. You actually have to patch it twice in order to get it to work 100%. If you can actually figure out how to get everything working smoothly, you'll find that the patches contain a TON of new schemes, maps, and sound clips. Apparently, Team 17 isn't going to just let this one fade into obscurity. Also, if you hunt really hard for it, you can still find a savegame download which will unlock every single weapon in the game. Fiddler no longer works with the patches.Don't want to jump through all the hoops to get it working? Let me know. I took the liberty of creating a new CD which contains all of the patches, optional all-weapons savegame, and specific instructions to get it working 100% with XP.Oh yeah, Worms is also coming to the PSP any day now.
