I will possibly be subleasing my room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse off of Lineberry. It is very nicely decorated and well-kept (looks like a home, not just an apt). Please let me know if you are interested. The rent dates would be in the Middle of May to the Beginning of August, but can vary depending on your situation.

Rent, which includes EVERYTHING, is $380/month.

Looking for clean female who won't party at the townhouse.
