I can't get this one question on our webassign that is due tomorrow night.... Can someone give me some help? Thanks!1. The reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) is an important and highly fluorescent coenzyme. It has an absorption maximum at 340 nm and an emission maximum at 465 nm. Standard solutions of NADH gave the following fluorescent intensities: Data µmol/L,NADH Fluorescent Intensity0.100,2.070.200,4.460.300,6.880.400,9.170.500,11.240.600,13.240.700,15.910.800,17.59 Plot a calibration curve for the NADH using markers not connected by line segments for the raw data. Use linear regression to determine the regression parameters and to add the regression line to the plot. L/µmol; slope give 5 significant figures y-intercept; give 5 significant figuresTwo (2) measurements on an unknown exhibit a fluorescence of 11.9 and 12.24, respectively. From the regression parameters of the previous problem, calculate the 95% confidence interval in the unknown NADH µM. µM NADH µM NADH, 95 % confidence limit

what i did for problems i got stuck on was to wait the day after they are due and resubmit it for grading cause its only half off credit...plus it will save you 2 hours of your day

To get the slope and y-int, graph in excel as an XY scatter without lines, just dots. Then you'll right click on one of the points in the graph and add (linear) trendline to get the slope and y-int. Make sure you select to show the trendline on the graph. The rest of the question is in lecture 24.
