What's the going rate for used, but in good condition LCD's? I may be interested in picking up one or two in the near future. Also, if I do that, is there anything special I need to do to set up those two monitors for use on a laptop? I'm assuming they can be connected by USB?? Or am I being a dumbass?

If your video card has 2 video outs, which I highly doubt it does, then yeah, you can.
