what is an easy P.E. to take with not that much running?

^ Yep.I'm in PE 101 now w/ Evans and it's a great course. We jog one day, lift weights another, and alternate throughout the semester like that.I know some people hate jogging, but it's a good workout. I don't "LOVE" jogging, but it makes you feel better to get some sustained cardio exercise in your life. I would recommend NOT avoiding a PE that makes you workout; this is the prime age to get in a workout routine to keep yourself healthy. Don't avoid exercise all your life. oooh i loved water aerobics (PE 103)and if you take it, you need to have Coach Wall as your instructor. he is really fun and energetic. also, it's not hard to get an A in there (just in case you fuck up and forget to change it to credit only).

Downhill Skiing was the coolest class ever. You buy the little pamplet they call a book, take the exam (pretty easy), then go on the ski trip at the end of x-mas break. You spend 3 days at App. ski mtn, 1 at beach and 1 at sugar. You are put in a hotel full of other college students. and its a REALLY good deal for the money (i cant remember the price).

evans is good for gen. fitness.dont take fintness walking if you are under 300 lbs and have any respect for yourslef
