Anyone know when it will be fixed for Fall '06?

Registration is just around the corner and Xtracs helps out tremendously.

it's always uselessly slow :-\

such a good program, but they never update for when it matters..

but if you just wanna see how things fit together you can look up the course on the website and block off that chunk of time manually...

FYI - we at registration and records sent them the data last week.

it is not controlled by our office and therefore who knows when it will be up to date.

wtf they need to get their shit together. i doubt its thats hard to setup a new database for the classes. probably just run a script.

probably registration spring 2008 which happens in october 2007 (yea i know long way away to those of you not working on its implementation)

some system that allows you to play around with your course schedule prior to registration so that you make sure you aren't overlapping classes, etc.

is it really that hard to write it out on paper?

there's a picture on page 151

I already wrote out my schedule on paper, but using xtracs is a lot easier to see how adding different courses could affect your schedule and if there are any time overlaps.

we are moving from an OLD OLD OLD homegrown system to peoplesoft.

this is what i've gotten in the email
"what's actually happened is that
XTracs information for the upcoming Fall semester has not been loaded yet, hence the
NULL errors we've seen. Typically it's in the system by now, but there has been a
bit of a snag getting the course information from Registration and Records.

We're hoping to have it up soon, but it isn't likely to be overnight. I apologize
for the inconvenience in the meantime, and the confusion, the schedule for Fall '06
should be up within the coming weeks."
