make it into a slide show for dvd?

I know I'm an idiot, but any suggestions are great.

Set up a DVD video camera pointed at the screen.

Hit record.

Start the powerpoint presentation.


Make funny noises during transistions. Be creative.

can the dvd player read jpeg images? if so, just make all the slides into jpegs and burn to cd/dvd

Some DVD players may be able to do it with just picture files.

You can also try a program called SnagIt which will record video of your computer screen. Set the timing in PowerPoint, hit record in SnagIt, wait to finish, burn to DVD.

they make software just for this purpose

google "PowerPoint to DVD" - it's too simple of a program to even have any opinions on. it does what it's meant to do.
