hhahai'm waiting for the "i'll charge you some-lowball-figure-at-the-top-of-my-head-because-i've-never-done-contract-work-before + $15/hr"

Question: Is this a one-time deal, or is maintenance included as part of the contract? I know it says "teach them how to maintain it" ... but that doesn't mean they won't call you six months later. Also, how simple/complex is this suppposed to be? HTML only? Specific Web technologies?(I'm not interested, I'm asking for those who might be interested but don't have enough information)

Its a one time deal, but likely if they need someone they'll call you.AS far as the website is for E-commerce, it just needs to be secure, functional and looks good. Sort of like a newegg.com. thats about it,
