Anyone know of a link to Raleigh PD's online police blotter? Do they even have one?

Raleigh PD was in my neighborhood at about 3am and I want to know why. Will they give you the info if you just call and ask?

last night there was a crown victoria out in the street shining one of those hood mounted spot lights on my house. i was like Fuck WTF did we do now........it was a taxi trying to see the house numbers.

Oh it was stupid........there was a motor vehicle accident on an adjacent street and the person who hit the parked car fled on foot through my neighborhood. The way the cops were going around with these huge flashlights I thought it was an attempted break in or stabbing or something way more serious.
