This thread (http://www.thewolfweb.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=198440) was closed because of inactivity, but I am having the same problem as described. The "iTouch" keys are all scrambled. I've installed the software numerous times with no positive results. I am going to remove then reinstall the software and see if that works. If anyone has any other advice, I'd be glad to hear it. Thanks.

removing the driver for the keyboard via the device manager, restarting the computer, then installing the drivers will fix the problem, for anyone who cares.
