Anyone know of some good ones around here that arn't an arm and a leg after rent and utilities and cable/internet. Looking at Marquis at Crossroads right now. Does Preiss do shorter term lease?

I believe I heard the Apartments at Westgrove (across from the $1.50 theater) have 9 month leases...could be wrong though

You don't think Marquis at Crossroads is an arm and a leg? Then you have plenty of choices!

Archstone sold all of its apartments in Raleigh except for the ones in Preston and in Apex.

Preiss does do shorter leases, but for a 9 mo. lease its an extra $50/ month. I almost went with them, but found a better situation.

University Suites was one of them, Method Townhomes, Wolf Creek too I think.
