why would a 20yr old try to find more outback employees - what do you have vested in this venture - i didn't think that outback gave referral bonuses - or are you just a corporate pawn?

If you must know, they started out advertising on the school website and heard nothing from it. I am a trainer and a head wait over there, so for one I would probly be helping who ever out that is interested. It is just my part time work while Im going through grad school, so when they asked me if I could find a better way to advertise for them through State I figured what better way than TWW. So here I am putting one up for them. The more people they have on staff the less calls I get from people wanting me to pick up a shift for them because they have tests or what not, they are just understaffed and helping them will make my life easier!

I forgot to mention the main perk of the job, you get half off at Outback, Carrabas, and Bonefish.

Well I, for one, care because if they don't get any more hosts/hostesses. I won't be able to move up. I am currently just a hostess, but I want to move up to a server ASAP. I'm the ONLY host that works 7 days of the week.

I work with Jesse and Jessica and it's crazy in there. They can vouch for me, I know. It's very hectic having only like 10 people (including 2 people in the lounge) on the floor and having to get the servers (i.e. Jesse and Jessica) to stretch themselves out by having like 4-5 tables in their section. It's more stress for them, us up front, managers, etc. So now does that answer your question, Alan??
