oh..lol forgot to say that...

THE MOWER DOESNT RUN...I THINK THE CAM SHAFT BROKE...WHEN I WAS CUTTING THE GRASS ONE DAY I HEARD A LOUD CLUNK NOISE...SO IT COULD BE AN EASY FIX OR JUST AN ENGINE REPLACEMENT..EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS.

you know that pumpkin looking thing is a sports clutch from a JDM altima, right? it's twin-plate, internally mounted and would probably go for a good bit more than "free"
