Here is the deal, ther ROOM IS OPEM IMMEDIATELY, and if someone takes over my lease I will give them $50 on the rent for the first month, or if you find someone to take over my lease I will give you $50. Bills are cheap here, ~80/month. This place has cable internet, cable with DVR and extra sports channels, roomies pretty clean, has washer/dryer and dishwasher, and it has a back patio. This place is less that 1/4 from gas, grocies, food, bar, and post office. It is available imediately. There is a $250 deposit. Also, this place is right across from the lake and a water fall. This lease will end in August.
