I am planning on subleasing my apartment.

The new signees will be re-signing our lease for the remainder of the year (sept)

What are some things to make sure of and to look out for? anyone had bad experiences subleasing?

I was looking at doing this for a bit while I'm in Japan, but don't feel like storing all my shit or having people living with my stuff, so I think I'm just going to keep paying for my place here and lock it up.
