Looking for a roommate to share 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath. The apartment complex is Olde Raleigh Apartments (formerly Archstone apartments.) It caters to young professionals and the like. If you’re looking for some place that is quiet and well-kept, then this is place. It’s not some college dump.

The rent would be $300 plus 1/2 utilities. That's a very good deal considering the community.

FYI: I work hard during the week and make up for it by hitting the town on the weekend. Ideally, the roommate would be 21+. A few requirements: no drugs, no slobs, no loud parties. This place would be a very good fit for a grad student or a mature undergrad.
