It has rack ears but not slider rails. I do however know somebody who has a huge supply of Compaq rails, and I could probably find the brackets if you need them.

Yup, I need em, $100 for the UPS with ears and rails (I assume the rails are compatible with a standard 4-post rack with square-holes, not some poprietary hp/compaq thing)
