Heavy is megadeath as an exampleMelodic would be some of metallicas symphonic suites. Folk metal, I have no idea, It'd probably be some indy shit. Death, doom, vampre, dragons, and lotr metal, are just horseshit industry terms.

The closest thing I can think of to folk metal would be Skyclad.
