The Webassign isn't due till Monday but I'm trying to work the problems to help me study for our quiz tommorow and I'm not getting any correct answers! Here is one of the problems:1. Solve this linear programming problem by graphing:Minimize C = 16x + 12y subject to these constraints: 2y >= 20 8x + 4y<= 110 16x + 2y >= 100 x >= 0, y>= 0Miminum value for C =This value of C occurs when x = and y = The other corner point above the optimal corner and to the left is the corner point where x = and y =The other corner point to the right of the optimal corner point is the corner point where x = check and y = Does anyone know how to do this? I'm sure it's simple and I know how to graph all the points except for the first constraint where I can only get a y value and not an x to make a line

Wouldnt it just be this:2y >= 20y >= 20/2y >= 10???

That's not what we did in class. I'm having trouble making a line out of the first one2y >= 20. I am getting (0,10) but no x value to make a line

You draw a straight line going through (intersecting) 10 on the y-axis. And then the valid region for that particular constraint is above that line.
