okay. I need help people. I've come to the realization after/during the traumatic end of a relationship I need professional help. I've been acting very abnormal lately. I'm considering mentioning this to the other person and offering that they participate with me.

any pointers on finding a good shrink. I think even after I get through this I'll probably always have one. These feelings and emotions I'm having are all too surreal for me.

I need some serious help. Seriously.

Didn't you go to NYC and flirt with your friend's ex and they got pissed? Surely drama like that would make things fun and not want you to seek counseling.

Try the counseling services at the campus health center. They offer personal counseling and even couples counseling. I have my first appointment there next week. My sister says UNC's counseling center has been great for her, so I hope ours is as good.

I'm currently out of state. Is this type of service available at most universities? I've just recently started making inquiries.

as far as i know, most schools have a counseling center of some sort. but i don't think most will see you unless you are a student (student fees pay for it, at least here.), however they might be able to recommend someone else that would be able to help you.

it's good that you've relized you need professional help. that's often times the hardest part. at least i know it was for several people. good luck.
