George WashingtonAre they as good as Washington last year? Are they a similar team in any way?Is the Wolfpack better than they were last year? Does their win over George Washington and their loss last year to Washington have any type of correlation?

i dont think gdub is anywhere near udub of last year's levelthey havent beaten anyone, ANYONE
2/8/2006 11:11:56 PM
but they're 8th in the nation at 19-1 or something and we're the only team to beat them...we want them to win out
2/8/2006 11:13:10 PM
oh no, i agree that them winning helps, definatelybut i dont think it proves anything about our team by beating themi think it was a good win, but not a top 10 good win.beating Miami, unc, or bc are all better confidence wins to me

We beat GW by 20 and we needed 2 OTs against Clemson...GW sucks
2/9/2006 12:20:54 PM
^^NCAA?But what do you expect to happen to GW? If they keep winning and teams above them lose, then it is convention that you move up in the polls. Sure the schedule may be weak as hell, but winning / losing is the first arguement that everyone makes for movement in the polls.
