I can't figure out the LINEST thing. I know i'm putting it in right, but its only outputting one number which is the number for m3. I can't figure out how to get m2,m1, or b. Can anyone help me figure this out?

you gotta highlight that first number it gives you

along with about 20 empty fields below it

hit CTL + U

then APPLE + ENTER

The top row will be the answers, but in reverse fashion

i.e. m3 m2 m1 b

You're on Windows, right?

If so, then to get the other values, you need to highlight a bunch of cells (preferably covering at least 4 columns and 4 or 5 rows, including the m3 value), click inside the formula bar and hit CTRL, Shift, and Enter simulanteously. The m2, m1, and b values should come up.
