This is an email from the coordinator of C.A.R.E for Animals. Putting this out here so you will donate the coupons to the rescue org, but if you have pets and need to keep them/some for yourself it is understandable. Also of you are involved with a rescue org. then pass this information onto to other volunteers. If everyone could do this then it would be awesome. I know it will be more finding the time to do it then the $2 but it would greatly appreciated it. If you do not have the Petsmart Pet Perks Card it only take a few minutes to sign up. The coupons can be mailed directly to the PO Box as explained below. Please take the time to do this. The homeless hungry pets thank you.

oops I guess I will attach the email! hehe

Hey folks.

I wanted to make you aware of something that PetsMart is offering right now, that could benefit both you and potentially our organization. They have a "pet club kit" that is on sale with your MVP card for
99 cents. When you buy this "kit", you get a 10% rebate on your overall purchase for that day. Inside the kit is $50 worth of coupons for products, as well as a free Banfield vet exam. Once you purchase the kit, you go on line and register your "membership" to the club, and then they send you a $5 discount coupon monthly for a year, as well as a coupon for a free 5 lb. bag of food. You can purchase and register a separate kit for dogs and for cats, but only one for each.

So - I'd like to ask that you consider purchasing and registering for both kits, and then donate whatever coupons you won't use to us. If you have a dog, but not a cat, you could donate all the cat stuff to us and vice versa. Every $5 off coupon that we get would be a HUGE help. Just yesterday I spent $200 out of my own pocket to buy food for our animals. That will last about 10 days. Small things can make a HUGE difference.

Coupons can be mailed to our P.O. Box below.

You don't get a coupon for being a pet perks member. You have to come in the store, and purchase the kit, which is normally $24.99 for a whopping $0.99. In the kit, you get all the coupons you'll need for your new puppy or kitten!

How long are they doing this for and where can they be found in the store? Both myself and my boyfriend have PetPerks cards (2 different accounts), so we'd more than happy to buy kits for use with our cats and other kits registered exclusively for the organization.

In the Cary PetsMart, it's right in front on an end-cap as you enter the door. Hopefully it'll be an ongoing thing and not just a special.

went out there to get this today...it is REALLY worth it if you do a lot of buisness with petsmart...for example the coupon book has a free day at camp and a free nail trim (thats already at least 25 bucks you will save)

Would they be interested in the banfield vet cupon? (and a couple of the others but not the food or $5 off, sorry, my own kitty and bank account to consider).

Man I thought the Pet Perks card cost to get. If I had known it was free all this time I would have jumped on it sooner.

I'm going to have to get this today.
