They are probably R1150RTs. Not as fast as a true crotch rocket with a decent rider, but you won't walk away from it like you would a cop car either. Better hope you don't hit slow traffic if you decide to run from one.

nope, read a nice review about the m-1 vs m-3. m-3 is dual compound thats engineered to reduce the overall temp of the tire to increase the milage by atleast 1,000 miles, but still have, if not better, traction. It's gotten good reviews about its all weather traction as well. m-1 are known to have poor thread life but are very grippy. m-3 is suppose to on par or better then the pilot powers, while offering higher milage. Perhaps, we should have gotten cheap dunlop 208 on your r6 since you can't lean low enough to use that m-1. Oh wellz.
