that at 106 miles. no markings on the clutch. so not sure what brand or if its OEM (highly doubt it at 106K)

that was on the pressure plate side. i just turned it around to get a pic.the flywheel is fine.a new one looks like that. but without that big gash. it has plenty of life left.

my zu had a nice one. down to the rivets and then some, plus it had fragged a large chunk out of it, probably about 1/6th of the whole disc.

yeah, my snatch was damn low. im talkin slippin like hell, but not toooo far into the rivets. i mean, it was fucked. but i just slapped another used on on the motor and let it ride.runs like new

I've replaced two clutches where one of the springs popped outta the hub and lodged in the pressure plate. One in my Teg (had to drive home sans clutch), and one in my (soon to be ex) wife's Civic EX (appropriate?)...

yeah that's what my buddy's 6 puck looked like on his eclipse after 9000 milesfuck Spec, their clutches are garbage
1/31/2006 9:45:34 PM
^ really? i've been running a Spec 6-puck for about 20k miles and haven't had any trouble with it. i thought it was pretty smooth for a pucked clutch.
