Washingotn made eye contact with Macaronni for a split second and then looked away and kicked him, it was clearly intentional, but kudos to Washington, he tried his best to make it look like an accident unlike some players that don't care, but when you slow down the replay you can clearly see, that when they are on the ground, he looks at Macaronni for a split second to see where he (and his face) are and just kicked him in the shnoz. Washington also should not have been upset, he gets away with about 4 travels a game, course he gets called for 2-3, so he wouldn't notice.
