I'm considering it, G. I'm trying to cut some fat off. I have no problem with discipline to go to the gym. My workouts are fairly intense. My heart rate during cardio can reach up to 166 and I can maintain it throughout. I lift fairly well and my routines touch each body part. Just having difficulty cutting. will hydroxycut help or should I just continue keeping on. my diet is fairly moderate. i don't count calories, but I don't pig out either. my only vice I think is I don't have the urge to eat alot. prior to working out I'd eat one meal a day and be perfectly fine. now I eat about 3 x's a day and they are well balanced meals. however, i do cheat with maybe an oatmeal raisen cookie or ice cream and coffee every now and then.pointers ????

i tried hydroxycut a few years ago when i was in highschool. That paired with a VERY vigorous workout routine gave pretty damned good results.

hahaha, Hyrdroxcut is worth less since they took out Ephedra. Pretty much just a caffine pill. You wanna lose weight, bust your ass and get your diet right. But if you need some extreme measures look at an E/C/A stack.

Restricted is correct. Pretty much all of these types of supplements such as hydroxycut, ripped fuel, thermostat, are worthless now without ephedra. Since you seem to have no problem with drug use, you can probably get some speed and have better results.

I've never taken Hydroxycut, but I keep a bottle of MetaboDrene (Vitamin Shoppe house brand) in my desk at work. That shit does a really good job of keeping my hunger down. I figure the metabolism increase is probably negligable, but it is worth it to me when it helps me keep my appetite down until dinner time.

I work at GNC and its an okay product but I don't recomend it becuase in all honesty it's just crap. Like one of the people said its a sugar pill and there are so many side effects that its worse to take it. It does help but after you finish taking a bottle you will see it come right back on or if you are lucky it will stay off. Also ignore weight and just look at how you feel and how you look. Just remember to eat more often and watch what you eat. 5 small meals a day keeps your metabloism up. Your diet increases allot when you work out so be aware of that. Also drinking allot of water helps out to. Don't eat late at night meaning don't eat 3 hours before going to sleep. Also don't eat before going to the gym becuase your burning what is in your stomach. Make sure you are on the right work out plan. Different work out plans can effect you results. Well good luck and try to stay away from pills and supplements becuase going alone will be more worthwhile. - peace
