if pigs had wings they could fly. for all we know, seton hall could go on a tear and finish in the top half of an extremely tough big east, how bad would the loss look then, since we are using that 'IF' word.

There also the notion that a non-conference loss at home will absolutely kill our shot at a top 4 seed in march. If anything, non-conference road losses would hurt us more seeing as how the tournament committee takes road records into more account than home records. we are 3-3 on the road with the 3 losses coming to ranked teams, not awful especially with more road games on the way. we are 12-1 at home with a very very nice 20 point win against a top 20 team in George Washington.

so guess what, you need to CALM THE FUCK DOWN

If this proves to be a one-time aberration, then yes, it won't mean anything.

if it's the start of a trend, then yes, it will mean a whole lot.

put all that together, and ultimately, this one game does NOT mean a whole lot by itself, anymore than one win means a whole lot by itself.

this is exactly the thread i expected every team has an off night. We played poorly to start the game had a drought while they were hitting shots inside. The defense took the night off, I think our fanbase has to be the most overreactors on the planet. We lost at home to an unranked non conference opponent. They had a perfect gameplan and we played like shit on the boards. We will be ready for Clemson. If you think the season is over than stop going to the games and leave tickets to students who want to cheer their team on.
