man i was really excited before the season beganit's been all downhill except for the glimmer of hope that the pens might not move
1/24/2006 2:49:11 PM
haha... poor pens.As a fan of the Caps... it was always my dream to see the Penguins burst into complete flames... but I never thought it would actually happen. It's not as satisfying as I thought it would be... caps pretty much suck too.You would've thought the Jagr trade would have elevated the rivalry to new heights. Instead, it destroyed both teams.

the plan this year, i guess, was to win games 10-9too bad that that doesn't work, so the lack of attempt to field a defense is a problem now

I actually thought the Penguins were going to be one of the better teams this year...palffy, crosby, gonchar, leclair, recchi, malkin, lemiuex, and TARNSTROM!

the first time he retired was not due to his cancer, in fact he came back from that and played a couple of more seasons.
