Comapred to other sodas?

I know it doesn't have the caffeine, but you hear stories of if you leave a nail in a coke long enough it will eventually be eaten away... would that happen if you left it in ginger ale?

it is called PROPAGANDA.

the amount of time that shit is on your teeth isnt going to strip away ur enamel like rust on a nail. it is all the sugar that rots your teeth.

I'm not worried about it rotting my teeth b/c i don't drink alot of soda's. Recently though I've been on a bit of a ginger ale kick (i've been sick) and i got to wondering about this the other day.

Sooo. brush your teeth at night after drinking it. And no, it's not going to instantly eat through your enamel.

Yes.... yes this is true

When you drink coke, it basicaly 'eats' away your body just like the nail. Its like an acid base reaction. If you leave coke on your skin, it actually slowly eats a hole thru it. If you dont believe me just try it. Just leave some coke on your skin and there will be a shallow hole soon. Coke 'eats' through nails, it also eats through your stomach. Many people have to have operations becuase they drink too much coke, and it destroys their internal organs.

But, ginger ale lacks teh coke property, becuase its color is different. Black product are dangerous. Its in the colorizers. In fact, its the blackness of the coke that makes it so caustic to nails and your body. But since ginger ale is clear, it doesnt have negative effects on anything.

This is all common sense.

4th Grade writing assignment on Ginger Ale pulled from the Vault:

Ginger Ale is vastly underrated as an everyday drink. Most people only utilize it as a mixer in alcoholic beverages. My father loves a bourbon and ginger ale or a gin and ginger ale. However, mixing ginger ale and alcohol is just part of the glorious tastiness of this beverage. After a long day on the baseball diamond I love to come home to a frosty glass of ginger ale. Further, one can mix ginger ale and white grape juice for a delicious, and nutrious treat. As far as types of ginger ale go, you can't go wrong with Canada Dry. It is crisp and leaves no filmiy aftertaste like most sodas. Schwepps is also a good choice. In conclusion Ginger Ale is an excellent and refreshing drink. I am going to go have one now!

ginger ale is pretty good, esp for nausea

Quote :

the sodas don't own anything. soda is just a regular noun like any other that you add an S to pluralize. apostrophes are for possession.

...the more you know...

My grandmother is from Blenheim, South Carolina where they first started making Blenheim Ginger Ale. That stuff is so good. I bring back cases of if whenever I go back to SC because some of my friends like to drink bourbon with Blenheim's Hot Ginger Ale. It's so hot and tasty, not like that watered down ginger ale they sell at most grocery stores.

that is neutralized by the lovely digestive juices in your small intestine

1/2 ginger beer + 1/2 Goslings Spiced Dark Seal + ice == STARK AND DORMY!

Ginger in general soothes upset stomachs. If you get motion/sea sickness often, then snacking on ginger snaps or ginger ale/beer will help.
