Co-sponsored by the NC State Graduate School and the Division of Undergraduate Academic Programs, the workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2006, from 3:00-5:00 in the Talley Student Center Walnut Room. Dr. Margaret King, Coordinator of Graduate Program Review and Retired Senior Associate Dean of the Graduate School, will conduct the workshop. Dr. King will review the fine points of writing a statement of purpose for a graduate school application and give both good and bad examples of each. sounds interesting... had to have most of my grad school application stuff mailed in early dec though. maybe if i fail to get in this time around i'll try something like this next year

It's a little late for most people. A lot of schools deadlines are Jan 1st. This would be good to go to if you are a Junior.
