This is an odd topic but i thought everyone might get something out of it. We all know (okay most of us) know the unwritten rules of website design. KISS, everything accessable within 3-4 clicks etc. But there have been websites out there that may have taken a different approach that when you saw them you enjoyed or thought it easy to use. What things did you like, what things do you hate? For me, if I see frames (obvious frames) that's a first sign that there was no solid design. I'm talking simple frames. It's almost always true to follow that it's hard to find things or there are other issues. I also like a website that the front page loads fast. The ability to click past long winded intros. So now for the meat of the subject. The company I work for (Audioadvice.com) is about to go through a huge change. New company logo, new website etc. It's about 4 months away but the owner would like our website to take a new direction. Lighter colors (no more hideous green hehe), highly interactive/dynamic questionaires, help areas, and additional features.I'm trying to get a list of items together that will help the owner, myself and a few others brainstorm new concepts for a website for a business like us (Extremely high end audio/video, whole house audio/video, etc).I'm sure this might generate some ideas for others on your projects too.

I can tell you what I don't like... Long winded intros. For that matter, I hate short winded intros or anything in betweem, just take me to the damn front page already. Does anyone watch those things?
